Why point source capture?
At approximately 0.04%, CO₂ in the atmosphere poses a challenge for direct air capture. We opts for a simpler and more effective method: capturing CO₂ during biogas conversion to biomethane. Partnering with biogas plants, we capture CO₂ onsite without disrupting operations. Instead, it adds value by allowing for the valorization of CO₂ by-products.
How the process works
In your current biogas upgrading process, CO₂ is released into the atmosphere. Our technology captures and diverts this emission volume for storage on-site. Once captured, we liquefy the CO₂ and transport it to our storage sites. Here, We permanently removes the CO₂ by storing it in demolished concrete, creating crucial negative emissions.
